Well the winter is peering it’s ugly head around the corner. Even though we haven’t ‘officially’ begun winter we still see its forecast on the ground and in the air. Something about standing in the cold with that nasty blustering wind blowing on your face. I find the colder it gets outside, the less people care about how fashionable they are!

Well when it comes to living for God, the Bible tells us that all of the storms of life are worth it. “Therefore, my dear brothers [and sisters], stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labour in the Lord is not in vain” (1Corinthians 15:58 NIV).

No matter how hard life may be, God tells us that endurance and persistence will always outweigh the temptation to give up and forget it. It might get “chilly” out there but the destination is always worth it!
